Anti Corruption Prosecutor's Office disagrees with judges' decision to free Vladimir Andronachi
The Head of the Anti Corruption Prosecutor's Office, Veronica Dragalin, has responded to the release from house arrest of former MP Vladimir Andronachi on "personal guarantees" worth 22,000 lei, provided by two mayors from Cahul district, a religious leader, and a civilian. He is charged on several counts in the criminal cases - Bank Fraud and Metalferos. Current legislation does not allow the appeal of the decision in court.
